Last week was a busy one. Wednesday, I attended a Job Fair for work and hired 3 people. 2 others were considering the offer. It was at a local hotel. Area businesses set up tables and met with those looking for employment. After it ended - I stopped in at the restaurant inside the hotel. It recently opened up. It's a Taco Place. They had a vegetarian section but it was difficult to really just omit the cheese in those options seeing as that it was the main ingredient in those menu offerings. There was a Vegetarian Fajita but it was $17 and I didn't really want a Fajita at that specific point and time. Instead, I asked if I could take items out of the Street Tacos to make them vegan. The waitress said yes and I opted for these. Vegan Street Tacos. They had Red Cabbage, Pico, and Avocado. They were tasty. They were still VERY expensive for what they were but I know I can order these if I'm there. Even if they don't have much on their menu I'm happy when they are accommodating. I will be posting another example of that shortly.
