Another "Day Trip" my mom, dad, sister, niece, and I went on last year was to Deer Creek Winery in Shippenville, PA. It was "out in the middle of nowhere" but was quite the site to see. It had a nice winery but it was more than that...it was a Bed & Breakfast, too. We were able to tour 2 of the rooms. My parents ended up going back for a long weekend several weeks later. The people there were VERY NICE but the outdoor decor is what I was thrilled with...
Look at how pretty the outdoor space is! They really did a nice job! Small tables that were socially distant. When we were there - we were the only ones there! I can see this outdoor space being great for events and even bands!
The lights were a nice touch. The outdoor fire pit was, too. The decor was tasteful - not overdone. The deck was probably needed because of weather and such. The sheer drapes made it private - if needed - but if they weren't they were a nice touch for this outdoor space, too.
They really thought of everything! They even had this nice tent/covered area, too. It was placed neatly in a small wooded area.
This space was mu niece's favorite! She loved the chairs and gliders. There was another fire pit here and it was placed on the other side of the photo above in a small wooded area. You can also see the country road in the background, too.
This was under one of the B&B Rooms and was another nook outside. Another very nice space.
And this is the same space looking from the other direction. You can see the winery side in the background. I really like going to wineries to see 'what else' they do with their space. Do you do that, too!?
