Loaded Tater Tots & Hasselback Potatoes

Sometimes I don't really know what to eat - and if I have TOTS on hand - I will make loaded Tator Tots with whatever I have on hand.  When I tool this photo - I had Vegan Cheese Shreds, Vegan Sour Cream, Salsa, and Chives.  I did the Tots in my air fryer and they turned out wonderful - and less time than in the regular oven.  Yay!

When it comes to Hasselback Potatoes - I always LOVED the photos I have seen when other people do them.  I am probably not as patient as those people when it comes to slicing them thin like you are supposed to but - here - I tried.  I guess it's more important that they taste good, eh?  These did.  I used various spices and I went heavy on the Smoked Paprika.

I also did these in my Air Fryer.  I really think that is the way to go - especially for impatient people - like myself.  I made a Cilantro Mustard Aioli Dipping Sauce for these, too.  Equal parts Vegan Mayo, Yellow Mustard, and Cilantro to taste.  

In the middle photo I used one of the many cheap placemats I bought awhile back.  I bought them at our local Ollie's with taking photos in mind.  I bought some that I really liked and then I bought more that were double sided so I have more backgrounds to choose from.
