I'm not sure where the last 11 days went. Really!? Has it been that long since my last post? Yikes! Well, I sure have a lot of catching up to do! I will be able to do that today.
A few mini-life-updates...
The office assistant I hired is doing very well. She's been a HUGE help already!
We had another snow storm yesterday. This is getting really old.
I've been toying with the idea of trying Henna in my hair. I finally found someone to do it BUT we have to find the stuff first. I'm a little nervous because I haven't put any color in my hair for over 3 years. At the very minimum I will be getting a haircut FIRST this Thursday and if the Henna is found I may do that down the road.
Broke Vegan - the cookbook I posted above is one of the Inter-Library Loan Books I was able to get my hands on over the last month or so. This one traveled from Scranton Public Library.
Moby's Little Pine also traveled from that same library. I enjoyed both books but I am partial to Moby's. I've been a HUGE fan of his music and activism for a long time. This was a really beautiful book, too.
Here is one of the massive salads I had a while back. I bought the brunt of it from a local cafe and added products from Hiko Foods and some VioLife Feta.
I was able to find some DEALS at that local outlet that sells stuff cheap. This was one of the items I found. I ended up getting 2 flavors. I haven't tried them yet but it's the vegan Tuna from Good Catch.
I grabbed at least 4 of the Vegan Mac Cups from Annie's. They are great for office lunches! I hope to share additional finds soon, too. I do have TONS of other photos to post so I wanted to do a few different blog posts that had a theme of sorts so stay tuned.
Have you read these books or tried these products before? I'm looking for ideas for the Cood Catch Tuna if you have any!
