Aloo Gobi

Potato & Cauliflower...

I took a few different recipes and made some changes to them and sort of ran with my own take on this Aloo Goli - which is basically Potatoes, Cauliflower, and Indian Spices.  

Ingredients:

Head of Cauliflower, Chopped

About 3 Potatoes, Cubed

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

2 teaspoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Turmeric

1 teaspoon Cumin

1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder

1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

1/2 Small Onion, Diced

Sea Salt to taste

All in a Frying Pan until soft.  Then add the following:

2 Cups Diced (or Stewed) Tomatoes

Add more Oil, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice, Garlic to your tastes/liking

I have made this a few different ways but it's usually this base recipe that I build on from.  What do you think?
