This past fall - my parents and I went to Ellicottville, NY, for something to do.  We actually went to Ellicottville more than a few times last year.  Mostly because there is a lot of things you can do around town and still be socially distant.

We ended up going to a place called Balloon Restaurant and Nightclub for lunch.  They had a LARGE outdoor seating area under a gorgeous tent.  I was thrilled they had multiple vegan options.  I decided to go with these Falafel Sliders.

Here are some of their other plant-based and vegan options.  Pricey, but, in Ellicottville - that's the norm.  It's NOT a cheap place.  It is a touristy-area that is for sure.  In the winter months it's huge for skiing and other winter sports and activities.  In the summer there are - well - summery stuff to do.  They have a lot of live music often, too, because there are a LOT of bars and such.

Speaking of Bars...here's one of them...it's called Madigan's.  I'm sure I will be back this spring, summer, fall, and will share additional finds with you but for today I wanted to do a quick post about these 2 back in October.  I really enjoyed these Yellow Brick Road Steps.

And I couldn't NOT take a photo of this gem.  LOVE it.  Funny thing is - we stopped here but we didn't even have a drink.  I just took photos.  Totally worth it!
