When a new Bar-Slash-Pizza-Place opened last year I discovered that their Pizza Crust was 'accidently vegan'. They were nice enough to veganize they rest of it for me, too. The place is called Wicked Warren. This is the pizza they did for me. It has a Garlic/Herb/Oil Sauce instead of their Red Sauce (which I think had dairy in it so that's why I opted for this alternative) and they added Mushrooms and Tomatoes. It was REALLY Garlicky - but - lucky for me - I'm a Garlic Fan - so I enjoyed it. The establishment has been dealing on and off with COVID and on and off with staffing issues and I never really know when they are open so I haven't been back. When they first opened the staff was very nice to answer the questions I had. I hope they get back to a regular schedule soon.
This next photo goes back a while...maybe a year or more, actually. This one is from Blaze Pizza in Erie. They have Vegan Cheese! YAY! I added Artichokes, Broccoli, Spinach, Mushrooms, and - I'm sure - Garlic. It was lovely. I wish I had a Blaze closer to me. I also wish DH enjoyed it more.
