My food has been boring and all I have been doing is working so I really don't have anything new to report. I figured it was a good time to do another variety post. This time it's "8 Wrap & Burrito Ideas".
Many of these are using leftovers. It seems leftovers can usually be used in wraps and/or burritos. YUM!
This first one has Seasoned Tofu, Corn, White and Purple Potatoes (that I pan fried), and Vegan Cheese Shreds.
This next one has Sprouts, Avocado, Shredded Carrots, Hummus, Tomatoes, BBQ Flavored Chickpeas, and Vegan Ranch Dressing. It was super yummy and one that I used to order often from a local establishment that has since closed.
This one was messy but tasty. It has Carrots, Potato, Corn, Peas, Green Beans, Vegan Cheese, Diced Tomato, and Sprouts. You can probably tell I used canned veggies here. I prefer fresh or frozen but it was what I had at that time.
Seasoned and Pan Fried Tofu, Black Beans, Corn, Vegan Cheese Shreds. Simple. Tasty.
Another simple one. Avocado, Spinach, Corn, Salsa. Avocado makes everything better!
This is from a place I enjoying going when I can and wish it was more often. This has Beans, Seasoned Rice, Sunflower Seeds, Carrots, Mixed Greens, Tomato, Onion, Agave, Lime, and Hot Sauce.
Another Pan Fried one but super tasty! This has Potato Patties that I cubed, Mushrooms, Red Sweet Peppers, Corn, Cherry Tomatoes, Vegan Shriracha Mayo.
This was a fun one...it has Zucchini, Red Bell Peppers, Pine Nuts, Mushrooms, Spinach, Corn, Spices, and Sesame Oil - all in a frying pan. YUMMERZ!
