Sailplane sculpture in Elmira N.Y. 

Abstract stainless steel sculpture of two gliders at the end of two curved beams. The gliders and beams rotate at 6 mph, powered by a small engine. The sculpture stands on a polished granite base which rests on a concrete slab."

Mark Twain Riverfront Park Elmira. "Presented to the people of Elmira by the Elmira Rotary Club July 4, 1980 75th anniversary Rotary International Designed & built by Ernest Schweitzer" There are two Rotary International emblems on the plaque.
