I know I have blogged about Ellicottville, NY, a few times already but I do enjoy a nice day there. One of the places we often go is The Ellicottville Brewing Company - also known as EBC. The establishment on the right of this photo is part of their Ellicottville location. They also have locations in Fredonia, Little Valley, and Bemus Point. I think I have some photos from the Bemus Point location I will be sharing in a future post, too.
This is the salad I usually get. It has watermelon, blueberries, greens, pistachios, and a balsamic. I think it might usually be served with feta but I omit it to make it vegan. I really like this salad. Have you had a salad similar to this before?
