During COVID spikes we tried to find places to eat outside instead of indoors. CORK in Erie, PA, was one of those places. They did have some vegetarian options but not many vegan options on their menu which was odd because they had VG on their menu key/legend indicating VEGAN. There are some vegetarian options that can be made vegan but omitting cheese.
This Hummus Plate was vegan when I had it back then. I was looking at their menus today and it says they also have Truffle Fries that are vegan. But now I'm not seeing the Hummus Plate on their menu. I also remember them having a soup a while back that was the day's special that was vegan and it was made with a tomato base. I can't remember the name of the soup but it was pretty tasty. It wasn't a regular menu item.
I'm hoping they bring back the Hummus Plate. It was yummy. I would be game for additional vegan options, too.
