We have a local Food Truck called Tabouli here and I LOVE it. I really need to visit it more often but I think it has parked itself up in North Warren for the winter months and I haven't really frequented the complex they are in currently. Usually when I do purchase from them they are either downtown (when they were downtown) or at an event they attend. They were at our Food Truck festival last year - as well as our county fair.
This is a photo of their Baba Ghanoush which is vegan - YAY! They have many vegan options! I've had their Falafel, Tabouli, Hummus, and Yalanji - in addition to their Baba Ghanoush. I've enjoyed everything I have had. I remember when they had their cafe space in a nearby downtown location (prior to exclusively being a food truck) their Lentil Soup and loaded fries which where both vegan, too. YUM!
