Here's a blast from the past...and you can tell by the aged photo. Yup! It's another one from the old blog.
I tend to throw together meals from what I have on hand. The day I made this I was trying to use the rest of the Tempeh I had purchased for another meal. I pan-fried that up and set aside. I then made some Cous Cous - which I think is one of the quickest, most easiest foods you can make - and added some already cooked peas and the Tempeh to the bowl.
I wouldn't be surprised if I added garlic to this - because - why wouldn't I? Garlic, ROCKS!
