Another flashback recipe from the old blog!  Here's a Cashew Tomatillo Dip I made several years ago and I still remember the tang of it!  YUM!  Pictured above I have it on a Flax Cracker.  I believe these were purchased from Foods Alive but I have also made Flax Crackers on my own and hope to post about those, soon, too.

For the Cashew Tomatillo Dip recipe and ingredients - I put all of the following in a high speed blender.

1 C Cashews

7 to 8 Tomatillos

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Small Onion

1/2 tea Cumin

1 C Almond Milk
